1. Establish the brief
We identify the intended outcome, site constraints, approvals, responsibilities, available information, budget priorities and timescale. Gaps are made visible so the next step is based on what is known.
2. Plan the delivery
The programme brings together design information, procurement, access, logistics, temporary works, risk controls and decision dates. The reporting rhythm is agreed to suit the scale and stakeholders.
3. Coordinate, inspect and report
Progress is reviewed against the programme. Trade interfaces, safety controls and quality inspection points are managed alongside decisions and change. Proposed changes are recorded before additional work proceeds wherever practical.
4. Prepare handover progressively
Inspections, outstanding work, commissioning information and completion records are organised before the final week. Aftercare and warranty information are confirmed for the specific contract and supplied at handover.
Start with an outline of the project; the team will request further information after the initial review.
